The development to the north of Inverness comprises of 40, 000 sq.ft. of office space. With a 18,000 sq.ft Headquarter building, and 22,000 sq.ft. speculative offices consisting of 3 pavilions.

The design is a response to the local vernacular architecture of using strong gable ends, pitched roofs and a limited palette of materials. A sensitivity has been shown the surrounding landscape and residential housing by creating 1 ½ storey buildings.

We believe our design response has delivered contemporary office buildings that respond to the vernacular without becoming a pastiche.
