Gillian Allan Director
Qualifications: BSc (Hons), BArch, ARB
Gillian joined PMP architecture in 2008 to assist in managing the ongoing Glasgow Studio’s expansion. Qualified since 1995, Gillian has a strong commercial background, working in retail both at home and abroad, with specific experience in shopfitting for several High Street Chains.
More recently, Gillian has developed a substantial portfolio in Healthcare design and client management, working on Primary Care lease back developments across Scotland.
With her past involvement as Chairman of Women in Property Central Scotland in 2001/2, Gillian helps drive the Practice’s delivery and profile.
Rory Kellett Director
Qualifications: BSc (Hons), Arch Pg Dip, ARB, RIAS
Rory joined PMP Architecture in Spring 2007. He has extensive experience within the residential sector particularly with regards to regeneration and social housing. Rory has also had experience with private housing, listed buildings and commercial units.
Rory has skills across the delivery of architecture from concept and visualisation right through to technical ability. Rory manages our newest office in Inverness which opened in March 2008. He has set up a strong and growing team, who are involved in numerous projects throughout the Highlands and the north of Scotland.
Steve Robertson Associate Director
Qualifications: Scotec, Scotvec, MCIAT
Steve ’s primary role in the practice is technical direction and his expertise is applied to all Glasgow studio projects via a position as project leader or via technical review.
Steve has built up a great deal of knowledge across the sectors and is particularly enthusiatic about sharing this knowledge with less experienced colleagues.
Beyond his most recent involvement in delivering pmp architecture projects, Steve has recently had an extended involvement in the delivery of Strathclyde business park for HF developments, these projects being significant in both scale and complexity.
Charlotte Cotton Associate Director
BSc (Hons), Dip Arch AAS, ARB
Charlotte joined pmp architecture in 2005 and has since been involved in a diverse range of work in the office, hotel and residential sectors where she has gained expertise in negotiating challenging planning issues and working on listed buildings.
A graduate of The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen Charlotte achieved her professional accreditation in 1997 after which she spent some time experiencing life and work in Australia. She has worked on several medical centres and schools projects as well as gaining wide ranging experience of residential development.
Chris Rhodes Associate Director
BSc (Hons) Arch, Dip Arch AAS (dist), MSc AAS (dist), ARB
Chris Rhodes joined PMP Architecture in 2008 as an Associate Director. He read his degree and post graduate diploma at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen and the Faculty of Architecture + Town Planning in Stuttgart, completing an MSc in Advanced Architectural Studies whilst tutoring at the Scott Sutherland School of Architecture.
Chris began his professional career at Richard Murphy Architects where he served his time and formally qualified as an Architect, thereafter gaining further valuable experience from various high profile practices across residential, commercial + arts genres.
Since joining pmp architecture, Chris has been instrumental in a number of key bids and competitions, further strengthening the team with all round experience from inception to completion, focussing on design quality and an innovate response to the client's brief.
Andy Kennedy Director
Qualifications: MArch, BArch (Hons), ARB
Andy has been with the Edinburgh office since 2003 and has experience on a variety of project size and type in the residential, educational and community sectors, ranging from larger residential developments, university student residences and bespoke one off designs of varying scale, several of which have appeared in recent architectural publications.
He has gained international experience through working in central Asia and has been a guest tutor at Edinburgh College of Art University.
As Director, Andy is the main Client contact for pmp architecture, Edinburgh.

A founder member of the Glasgow office of pmp architecture,
Adrian graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1996 and has been
a qualified Architect
since 1999.
He has extensive experience in the residential sector working on many high profile
developments during seven years spent working for design orientated practices
in London. Since moving to Glasgow in 2003, Adrian has gathered experience in
the retail, leisure and commercial sectors as well as leading the concept and
design stage of a wide range of projects including competition winning developments.
Adrian currently drives design quality across all projects within the practice.

Alan joined PMP in 2005 to set up pmp architecture in Glasgow and has subsequently taken responsibility for the strategic direction of architecture across the group. He has considerable experience in fast track commercial projects often in live environments along with the masterplanning of large residential and mixed use schemes.
Alan also has a particular interest in Green Agenda matters married with strength in Concept Design and delivery and has previously tutored Design to 4th year students at the University of Strathclyde.
