PMP Building Surveying were instructed to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment and linkage of 2 Georgian townhouses by Artemis Investment Management.
Due to additional space requirements the client took a lease Assignation on No 40 of which PMP Building Surveying advised on the Dilapidations settlement required to offset any liability in taking on the assigned of the lease.
PMP Building Surveying carried out the comprehensive refurbishment of No 40 ready for occupation by Artemis dealing with sensitive listed building issues and providing technical solutions to Building control issues in interlinking Grade A listed buildings.
Artemis required the highest quality office space possible including, air conditioning throughout, feature lighting installations, specialist data infrastructure, bespoke staff areas and high quality finishes reflecting their market status and operational requirements.
Not only were the full scope of traditional building surveying services brought to bare in this project from initial dilapidations advice, full refurbishment services through to the eventual move-management, but also, also Interior Design colleagues worked closely with the client to realise their vision of how the building should look and feel.
The main phase of the project has now been successfully completed with refurbishment of there original space in No 42 programmed for this year
