PMP Building Surveying provided pre-acquisition, condition, feasibility and indicative cost advice on 15,000sq/ft of period former office space.

PMP Building Surveying converted and refurbished the offices to form high quality residential accommodation for the business letting market.

This involved the adaptation of Grade A listed buildings to provide contemporary accommodation with superior kitchen, bathroom and ensuite facilities together with integration of state of the art home audiovisual and IT installations. PMP provided a full Building Surveying, Architectural and interior design service complete with cost management and CDM coordination.

When sold the development realised the highest square foot value achieved in Edinburgh residential market at that point in time.
