
PMP (UK) Ltd have recognised the increasing complexity of project funding packages which have led to the requirement for advisors to assist clients in developing and assessing proposals and monitoring projects on their behalf. We have therefore established a Development Finance Consultancy Team to offer a comprehensive monitoring service throughout a project’s duration covering due diligence and initial appraisal, construction phase, handover at practical completion and formal signing off at the end of the defects period. PMP (UK) Ltd are fully conversant with Bank, Fund and Institutional requirements. We ensure that design and quality standards are continually achieved so that a property ultimately represents a positive asset. Our development monitoring role will be tailored to suit individual requirements depending upon the level of involvement necessary. We assemble, coordinate and manage the monitoring team to include specialist consultants where necessary, also liaising with the construction team and solicitors as required. Our project experience covers offices, industrial, shopping centres, high street retail, leisure, educational facilities, retail and business parks, residential mixed use schemes and bespoke facilities. We report regularly to our clients to report construction progress, quality issues, detailed financial appraisal and all external matters that may affect the project such as local authority approvals, adjacent developments etc. Our specialist team are very experienced with strong technical backgrounds in building surveying, and CVs of the individuals are attached. Some of the projects were undertaken by individuals in previous areas of employment, but were controlled directly by the team member. |
